Hi...does anyone know if an Accel super coil(the big yellow thing) is ok to run with a standard Lucas limb distibutor? have replied elsewhere on here,but i have a scimitar axle in my V8 HB Viva.It has a jag powerlok diff fitted and has been 4 linked with panhard rod. Rear brakes are sierra cosworth. Hi...this is the axle i am using in my V8 HB viva I have had a jag powerlok diff machined to fit and it has been 4 linked with a panhard rod.Rear brakes have been converted to sierra cossie discs. Problem sorted! Fitted a 3/4 bore girling master cylinder,did away with the servo and fitted an adjustable proportioning valve to the rear and it all works fine.Pedal is solid,brakes pull up very square even under hard braking and on the brake rolling road at work,they are recording:- osf 220 kg/for...

sussed it....my master cylinder push rod is adjustable so adjusted it up to take up the slack which made no difference at all.Got a torch and peered into the back of the master cylinder and noticed that it wasnt fully returned.....sat about 15mm in from the end.Hit the master cylinder with a hammer ...
