Hi, the problem is that even without any shims and the bearing retaining plate on you can push the shafts in a further 6.2mm, also the hole is wievable by looking down the axle tube with shafts removed, the hole is in the pinion cross shafts.

4ha axle widths

Hi all, can anyone tell me the width of se5 and se6 axles from either flange to flange or outside of drum to outside of drum, just trying to work out which 1 to go for.

fitting 4ha with lsd

Hi all, can anyone here tell me who would be able to fit a jag lsd/powerlok to a scimitar 4ha axle. im in kent/se area but could send anywhervia pallet.

best street/strip tyre

Was wondering if any one on here has 1st hand advise on which tyre you could recommend for use on strip and be road legal. Am after maximum grip as street mileage isn't high. Also need to be 14" diameter, with 235 the max width.

Was the servo at fault, even though new! Ran a pipe to bypass the servo, bled brakes and took it on a run, no locking on and no more 'notchiness' (yes I know its not a real word) through brake pedal. Company replaced servo, fitted today and brakes now feel superb and pull up well :D Thanks for all y...

It still has the original pedal box, which Willwood said had the correct ratio for their master cylinder, think it was 4:1 but cant be sure without checking. Am going to bypass the servo later and give it a go.

Hi, braking system is all willwood, ordered through rally design after speaking to Willwood about master cyl sizes ets.
Servo has single outlet.

Hi thanks Paul, no residual valve in line. I have made all brake lines myself, all flanges are good with no tight bends in system. all pistons are ok in callipers and rear wheel cylinders.

Not that easy... unfortunately :( , return spring fitted and bringing pedal to stop. Also has clearance from push rod to master cylinder.

rover v8 setup

Hi all, wondering if anyone on here could recomend a good tuner/rolling road in se/kent area. Its for a rv8 with mallory dizzy and weber 500.
be nice to see what sort of power its kicking out and get it driving a bit better.
