I think ive cracked it, a new rad and it seems to be ok now.

Yes its a caramic sealer for the later 4.0 serpintine engine which are well known for block problems, I think its solved the exess pressure problem, its just over heating now. If the rad has been blocked by it, that could be, it as the rad wasent to clever enyway. Thanks
