Funnily enough Ralph!
I have drawn a template for a gearbox adaptor plate on some MDF. Is it possible to copy that somehow to make an outline with some holes cut through it. I need it in 12mm steel really.

Copper head gaskets? Would be willing to buy quite a few pairs if the price is right. Presently 3.5" Bore but going to 94mm next year.

Great stuff, could supply a hand made copper gasket as a template or a stock steel one. Don't need the water passage ourselves but others might. Racing this weekend and then need to decide if we stay 3.5 or got to 3.9/4.2 next year. Once we know then can order gaskets for the correct bore size. Cheers mate got me feeling happy again.

Will be in touch again myself

Switching to a new pulley system soon, and want some new tensioner brackets cut from stainless.

Can fully reccomend Ralph to anyone. The waterjet machine does a truly amazing cut and finish, and Ralph is a gentleman to deal with.

Stupidly I never took any pics, but he cut me some 25mm Aluminium for a brace for my supercharger along with some maching work. It just sliced through it like butter !!

Also did me a few wheel spacers, as anything commercially available are just junk universal stuff. These ones now fit perfectly.

I still find it amazing that high pressure water can do so much work.
Its quite scary really. Imagine accidentally getting in front of a jet like that???

Hi Ralph, did you get a drawing for the head gasket. If not I can ask my son to draw one form my old copper gasket and send you the DXF file
