Low Pressure pump from tank to swirl pot, High pressure from swirl pot to Fuel rail which then return via standard fuel regulator back to the tank. Engine is standard Rover 4.3 but now has supercharger fitted and now needs to be remapped. With the supercharger came this device >> http://neptune.spac...

After market ECU's
Am wanting to add mapped ignition to my car and wondered if anyone has seen any sort of comparisons done on the aftermarket ECU's showing the pro's cons of each along with features, price, inputs, sw, outputs etc. Would consider MS, VEMs etc but the system has got to be trouble free and would prefer...

Jensen Interceptor Engine Required.
Does anyone know if its possible to puchase a rebuilt or new Chrysler V8 Engine for the above car. Looking for a 440 cui unit. Or are there any engine builders around that would be prepared to recondition the old engine and gurantee it. Maybe build to a higher spec and Dyno. Real Steel did not want ...

Ian, Your figures seem to show how long it takes to fill the swirl pot, not how long it takes to consume the fuel. Are you suggesting that underbraking you will consume the content of the swirl pot in 20 seconds. I guess what your saying is - that if the HP was drawing on the swirl pot and feeding b...

I had the first option and I had problems so am going with the second. That way any heated fuel from manifold goes back to the tank and the swirl pot should never get hotter than the temp of the tank. The pressure in the swirl should never be higher than the facet pump, I think that is was being pre...

I can confirm what Stevie has just said. My setup is very similar to number one - the only change being my feed back to the tank is from the top of the swirl pot. On the way to the Retro Show I suffered from the HP Pump cutting out due to the fuel vaporising. The swirl pot was almost too hot to touc...

Thanks Tony. Early days so maybe given time maybe you will be able to add functionality similar to the old Forum. I found it really useful to be able to look back over a period of time and see all new posts especially at the end of the day or after being away on holiday. Keep up the good work, hope ...

Well done to you both. Do you think it will be possible to see all new post in the same way as the old forum, ie you have the facility to see all in last hour, 3 hour , day etc. So often you log in and start to review new post and have to log out only to find when you login there all gone. Having th...
